We have personal stylists to help you find your own look and to give you the skills to do this yourself. We’ve discovered clothing brands we love that are affordable, versatile and on trend.

Having a fit and healthy body also builds confidence and stamina. We can work with you to understand what your needs are and then tailor your own route to personal fitness.

With your own personal advisor we can work on what you want to do with your life. We use various techniques to help you understand yourself or to find out what’s stopping you from doing what you really want to do.

From this we can agree goals and it’s then about action. Through the experience of our team we’ll provide you with knowledge, advice and support to make the next steps. 

We have workshops, one to one sessions and events to choose from.  You can build networks and friendships to support you.

You may be seventeen and trying to work out what to do when you leave school or a new mum seeking the chance to do something different. You may be stuck in a job you hate and feeling there’s no way out or a successful businesswoman wondering what direction to take. You might be a mum whose children have left home and you are wondering what next.

Whoever you are and whatever your age, stage of life or financial situation, we can help.

We will be your own personal fans as you move forward,  because what drives us is making your dreams come true.

We are a community interest company set up for the purpose of improving the lives of women. What that means is that 75% of any surplus we make must go back to be invested in the company purpose – working with women.
